While it's unclear how long COVID-19’s impact will linger, many employers are now looking to the future with a vision of employees returning to work.  It was welcomed news that every county in the State of Florida will be in some phase of reopening starting Monday, May 18th.  With NASCAR starting the 17th, and football coming soon, everyone is breathing a collective sigh of relief on one hand and wondering how it’s all going to happen safely on the other.  How do we bring everyone back into the workplace and the world, and keep them safe at the same time?

With that in mind, we want to share a “guide to creating a return to work action plan” and a “sample return to work action plan.”  Click on the title of each document below to view a copy.  We hope you find them helpful.
